Deleted transactions and returned items
Due to the unusually long length of time that we receive back returned items (due to our free returns policy) we have to wait longer to process deleted transactions and returned items than most retail clothing companies. The process is that for fraudulent orders we need to delete the whole transaction (i.e. the total order value), however, for orders when only some items are returned we need to adjust the commission paid to reflect the returned goods, for example:

General Guidelines - References to Nozone UK
We are happy for affiliates to mention Nozone uk in the title or in the body of adverts. e.g. 10% off at Nozone . However affiliates should not use Nozone uk logos with their adverts or use the Nozoneuk URL as the URL displayed in any PPC adverts. (e.g. Google adwords.) We believe this is misleading for users and appears to duplicate our own adverts.
We have looked at the types of keywords that affiliates use and have split this into two areas:
Generic Keywords
Affiliates wishing to advertise on generic terms are obviously welcome to do so. If the Nozone UK name is used in the advert it should be clear on the affiliate’s landing page how to get the Nozone UK content.
The Nozone UK Name
Advertising on the Nozone UK name or mispellings is not permitted. E.g. NOZONE, nogone, www.nozoneukdirect.com, etc. We will conduct our own advertising (as required) on our brand name

NO 1.2 You are allowed to show adverts for a search on advertiser's Company Name and trademarks.= No
NO 1.3 You are allowed to show adverts for a search on advertiser's Company Name or trademarks when also using generic terms. (i.e. Brand with Generic Terms) = No
NO 1.4 You are allowed to show adverts against advertiser's URL (e.g.
www.emerchant.com)= No
NO 1.5 You are allowed to show adverts against advertiser's URL or variations
www.emerchant.com, w.emerchant.com. ww.emerchant.com, etc…)= No
No 1.6 You are allowed to show adverts on trademarks, or variations, of advertiser’s competitors? = No
NO 1.7 You are allowed to show adverts for generic terms when using a landing page. = Yes
2 Negative keywords list/ Trademarks
